Your Trentios Family Member loyalty points (“T-Points”) can be migrated to Avolta Online Shop to become (“Avolta Points”), what you need to do is just reply ‘TRANSFER MY POINT’ to the email by 30th June 2021.

You can check the transferred points from https://avolta.com.sg/my-account/points/ after 30th June 2021 or being notified by email.

You can make a partial payment with the loyalty points you have in your accounts. With this new feature, you can save on delivery fee, servicing package, and etc.

Apart from this, Trentios Online Shop is still in operation as separated brand from Avolta.

We will still maintain Trentios existing member and customer purchase records on Shop.Trentios.com. You can still track your previous purchase records you’ve made on Trentios on Shop.Trentios.com/my-account.

We apologise that we could not migrate your purchase records to Avolta.com.sg/shop for accounting reason.
