Trends Home Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions
Consumer Advisory – Trends Home Electrical Pte Ltd (“Trends Home”) Trends Home (“TH”) loyalty programme (“Membership”) is limited purpose digital payment token, non-monetary reward point – (“T-Point” or “TP”), does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully. By subscribing or using this membership, the member (“Member”) is deemed agreed to these terms and conditions:
This membership offers membership discount (“Discount”) and comes with an electronic account (“Account”) that enable member to collect reward points(“TP”) when spending at Trentios Online Shop. The reward point does not have cash value or can be substituted for cash. The stored point in the account is a non-refundable pre-payment, in which may only be offset for goods and services at Trentios Online Shop only.
The membership may be subscribed only on Trentios Online Shop. Membership fee is non-refundable.
Member will not receive a physical membership card but can access electronically at (shop.trentios.com/user/) page on the website. If you do not see your e-member card, please contact customer service, and be ready to supply your email address.
Trends Home is not responsible for confirmation email that are undelivered or not received due to subscriber failure to enter an accurate email address. If you have confirmed the email address is correct but the membership ID has not been received, here is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
• Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder. If a spam filter is blocking shop.trentios.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that shop.trentios.com emails can be delivered. Please check with your email service provider on how to whitelist email send from shop.trentios.com.
• Your firewall blocked the email.
• Email inbox is over the size limit.
4. Discount Redemption
Membership ID is the 8 digit mobile number entered during sign-up. For walk-in member, email address is needed to verify identity along with the mobile number. Membership discount is shown at check-out and is automatically applied during the cart checkout process. The discount:
a. 5% discount on appliances products, it may be applied on regular price/non-promotion item only(item which is not labelled as “Sale”);
b. 10% discount on servicing products;
c. membership discounts may not be applied on trade-in offer, installation, part and transportation;
d. membership discounts may not be combined with other discount voucher/coupon per transaction;
e. may be entitled only when the subscriber is logged-in.
5. T-Point Redemption
Member earns one(1) T-Point for every $1 SGD spend^. All spending are entitle for T-Point including appliances products and servicing products, extended warranty, e-gift card, installation and delivery, and exclude anything that are not listed on Trentios Online Shop. You will have the option to utilize points as payment in the checkout page. The point
a. may be used as payment only when the points value is more than the order value.
b. may be used multiple times until account stored point reaches zero;
c. may not be combined with other modes of payment, including e-gift card, if its T-point is insufficient;
d. if any product or service is cancelled/refunded or exchanged where the amount is affected, the T-Point will be updated accordingly;
e. may be accumulated only when the member is logged-in.
^ T-Point is calculated based on the rounded sum amount after redemption of coupon/voucher, deduction from e-gift card & T-Point. The value will be round down to whole number.
6. Check T-Point Balance
Member can visit (shop.trentios.com/user/) to check the points balance.
7. T-Point Validity
The T-Point will expire in twenty-four (24) months from accumulated, provided if the membership is still active. The underutilized points will revert to null if the membership is expired. It is not Trends Home responsibility to remind members about remaining points in their member’s account. The points may not be converted to or exchanged for cash or transferred to another card, regardless of whether the point has been fully or partially utilized, unless required by law.
The membership is non-transferable and cannot be used by anybody except the registered member.
The risk of loss and title to such items pass to the member upon electronic delivery to the recipient. Trends Home shall not be liable for the loss, and will not be replaced or re-issued.
10. Update of Particular
If member has changed email or mobile number, kindly notify Trends Home at (firstname.lastname@example.org) to update your particular.
Trends Home may in its discretion to void any discount which is suspected of being forged, cloned, tampered with, stolen, and fraudulently used. Trends Home also reserves the right to suspend any subscriber which is suspected for unlawful activity. In the event of any dispute, Trends Home decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trends Home makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the use of the membership discount redemption will be error-free or prompt, or that is will be accepted by Trends Home. In the event a membership coupon code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such code. Trends Home also shall be entitled to rectify any accounting or processing error.
Trends Home shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including any loss of income, business, goodwill or profits.
If Trends Home intends to terminate this membership programme for any reason, as required by law, member shall be given a grace period of at least 6 months to utilize the remaining points at Trends Home, except in special uncontrollable condition. Member shall be notified by email supplied to Trends Home during sign-up.
Member consents under the ‘Personal Data Protection Act 2012’ to the collection, use and disclosure of one’s personal data by/to Trends Home – and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of Trends Home Statement of Personal Data Protection, a copy of which is located at (shop.trentios.com/privacy-policy).

Trends Home reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion, to limit, add, amend, replace or delete in whole or part any of these conditions. In case of any inconsistency between the online and printed versions of the terms, the online version shall prevail.
